It’s a common issue that can occur with users updating the new version of the theme and not getting the new Elements / Pages / Sections after updating the theme or importing the demo contents.

For such cases make sure you have updated the Guto Toolkit plugin and other plugins along with the theme. Try deleting the old Guto Toolkit plugin before activating the updated theme. Then install the updated Guto Toolkit plugin from Appearance > Install Plugins.
